1.1 User-Generated Content

• User-generated content (such as uploaded images, text prompts, and generated 3D models) is stored securely in cloud services, accessible only by the user.
• Users fully own their data and can delete their generated content at any time.
• Data Retention: Content is not automatically deleted and remains available until the user chooses to delete it.
• Permanent Deletion: Once deleted by the user, data cannot be recovered and is permanently removed from our systems.
• The Application processes user-provided images and text prompts to generate 3D model outputs.

1.2 Personal Information

• The Application may use Firebase Analytics to collect anonymized usage data to improve app performance and user experience.
• We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII).
• Firebase may collect device-related data such as app interactions, crash reports, and general usage statistics.

1.3 Device Data

• The Application may access certain device functionalities (e.g., photo library access to load images, camera access for AR preview) but does not collect or transmit any personal device information.
• Camera access is used exclusively on-device for the AR preview feature; camera frames are never uploaded or stored.
• The Application does not request access to device location, contacts, or any unnecessary data.

1.4 Image Upload and AI Processing

• AI 3D Generation: When you upload images for image-to-3D conversion, these images are transmitted to cloud services for processing.
• Third-Party AI Provider: Your uploaded images and text prompts are processed through fal.ai, a legitimate third-party AI infrastructure provider.
• Purpose Limitation: Uploaded content is used solely for the purpose of 3D model generation as requested by the user.
• User-Controlled Deletion: Users can delete their uploaded images and generated models at any time through the app interface.
• Data Security: All content is transmitted securely and processed in compliance with fal.ai's privacy policy and security standards.

2. Data Storage and Security

• User-generated content is stored securely in cloud services with industry-standard encryption and security measures.
• All stored data is accessible only by the authenticated user and is protected by secure access controls.
• Firebase services are used strictly for anonymized analytics and crash reporting.
• We implement industry-standard security measures to secure all data during processing and storage.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their device and controlling access to the Application.
• Data Backup: Users should maintain their own backups of important content (e.g., exported GLB or STL files) as deleted data cannot be recovered.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

• In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store; we never see or store your payment details.
• We use RevenueCat to manage subscription entitlements. RevenueCat receives anonymized purchase receipts in accordance with its privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.

4. Children's Privacy

• The Application is intended for users aged 13 and above.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
• If you believe that we may have collected personal information from a child, please contact us immediately (see Section 9).

5. Your Rights and Choices

• Users have full control over their data and may delete their generated content or uninstall the app at any time.
• Content Deletion: You can delete uploaded images and generated 3D models at any time, and we will ensure removal from our cloud storage systems.
• Third-Party Processing: By using our AI generation features, you consent to data processing by fal.ai according to its privacy policy.
• You may manage your app settings, including access to the photo library and camera, through your device settings.
• Data Portability: You can export your generated models (GLB, STL) before deletion if needed.

6. Third-Party Services

• The Application uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics for app performance monitoring.
